Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by MingVPN. Please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the relevant plan details before creating an account, activating a subscription, or using a route. If you have questions about the scope of these terms or billing rules, submit a support ticket through the user panel before proceeding. If you do not agree to these terms, stop using the service. These terms do not limit any rights granted to users under applicable law.
Services and Scope
MingVPN provides international routes and subscription access for cross-border use where permitted by law. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes available to you, subscription status, and remaining traffic are shown in the user panel.
This service provides network connectivity; it does not provide memberships, content licenses, or account permissions for third-party websites. Access availability and permitted activities on a destination website remain subject to its operator's rules and applicable law. Users should check the regional requirements and account conditions of the services they intend to use.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your password, login session, and subscription link secure. A subscription link is an access credential and should not be posted on public pages, in groups, or in screenshots. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, stop sharing the relevant information and seek assistance through the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for the account holder's own use. This does not permit sharing an account with others, publicly providing access, reselling subscriptions, or operating a resale business using this service. Do not use another person's account, impersonate someone, or disrupt other users' connections.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and do not expire. Check the billing method, traffic allowance, and order details in your account before choosing a plan. See the plans page for prices.
Acceptable Use
Users must follow the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the service, as well as the rules of destination platforms. Do not use the service for fraud, invasion of privacy, intellectual property infringement, distribution of illegal content, or other unlawful activities.
Do not launch network attacks, access systems without authorization, conduct malicious scans, send spam, or use abnormal traffic to impair the network or other users' normal use. Do not modify client software to evade subscription permissions or attempt to obtain another user's account information. Users are responsible for their actions and the content they publish.
Availability and Limitations of Liability
Connection performance depends on the local network, carrier routing, device settings, destination websites, and route maintenance. The service does not guarantee connectivity from every location, at all times, or with every third-party app, and promotional scenarios do not guarantee actual connection results. Maintenance or unexpected issues may result in route changes or temporary interruptions.
If a problem occurs, first check your settings using the troubleshooting guide, then submit a description of the issue. MingVPN is not responsible for third-party service issues caused by factors outside its control, such as changes to third-party platform rules or faults with local devices. Liability and loss claims are handled under applicable law; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Account Restrictions and Termination
For unlawful use, resale or account sharing, attacks, or other violations of these terms, MingVPN may restrict relevant connections, suspend an account, or terminate the service based on the nature of the conduct. MingVPN may also take necessary protective measures if an account may have been compromised. A suspension alone does not mean that the account holder has been found in violation.
If you disagree with a restriction, explain the situation through a user panel support ticket and include relevant error messages and details about when the issue occurred. Hide passwords, subscription links, and other access credentials from any materials you submit. Requests are reviewed based on verifiable information and applicable rules.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Changes affecting users' main rights or obligations will be explained in a site announcement or user panel notice, including when they take effect. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired under applicable law. Review relevant notices before continuing to use the service. If you disagree, you may raise the issue through a support ticket.
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of your first payment. For instructions and details, see the refund policy.
